Salem Industrial and Food Complex
The industrial and healthy food complex started its activity from the Amin al-Sultan market in 1342 with the production of sour cream butter and lard from the sour cream produced in the traditional way. The traditional production and packaging activities continued until 1979 .
This year, a newly developed mechanized and industrial style factory was built on the site.
As a result, the industrial complex and healthy food were built on an area of 5,000 square meters with 8,000 square meters of manufacturing, administrative, refrigerated and warehouse space.
